Position overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market reach. They should be able to think strategically, analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. This role entails managing a team of sales professionals and implementing plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Team leadership: Extend the guidance, mentorship, and coaching to the sales team, and maintain an environment that cultivates exceptional performance, drive, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Strategic planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Performance analysis: Utilize data analysis and sales metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective measures.
  • Target achievement: Set clear sales targets, track the progress, and take proactive actions to ensure the team achieves or exceeds the targets.
  • Results-oriented: A focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets while maintaining ethical standards and integrity in all dealings.

Minimum qualification

  • Master’s degree in sales and marketing, business administration from a reputed institute, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Prior experience in dealing with clients from the US is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies to streamline sales processes.
  • Presentation skills: Ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to clients or stakeholders. 
  • Networking: Strong networking abilities to build connections within the industry and leverage them for sales opportunities.
