Position Overview

We are in search of an exceptionally talented and experienced Senior Web Graphic Designer who possesses a profound creative acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a knack for finding ingenious design solutions that align seamlessly with project objectives. This individual should boast a well-established track record in web and graphic design, substantiated by an impressive portfolio of past design endeavors. Proficiency in a range of design tools, including Figma, Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and Adobe XD, is an absolute necessity. Furthermore, a meticulous eye for visual details is of paramount importance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualization and Innovation: Generate crystal-clear, inventive design concepts and ideas for websites, digital assets, apps, social media posts, and landing pages ensuring they meet project objectives and client expectations.
  • Web and User Interface (UI) Design: Craft visually captivating and user-friendly websites, digital assets, apps, social media posts, landing pages, and user interfaces that cater to both domestic and international clients.
  • Design Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts using a variety of tools, including mood boards, wireframes, landing page designs, and abstract designs. Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential for effective communication of design ideas.
  • Graphic Content Creation: Develop graphic content, illustrations, and infographics that effectively convey client messages, enhancing the overall visual appeal of projects.
  • Project Management: Manage graphic design projects from their initial concept through to delivery, ensuring that high-quality standards are consistently met and project deadlines are adhered to.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and provide constructive feedback on drafts and design work produced by junior designers, maintaining the highest levels of design quality and consistency.
  • Innovation and Brand Consistency: Continuously generate fresh and innovative design concepts to remain at the forefront of industry trends. Maintain brand consistency across various marketing projects and digital assets such as whitepapers, case studies, brochures, and editable digital assets to reinforce brand identity.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the latest industry developments and incorporate best practices into design work. Use AI tools to generate creatives.
  • Team Management: Assigning tasks and reviewing submissions of Junior Designers, and interns. Periodic performance reviews of subordinates.
  • Brand Guidelines: Ensuring that the brand’s identity is communicated effectively and cohesively to clients.
  • Logo Design: Create visually compelling and memorable logos that effectively communicate the essence of the brand while ensuring scalability and adaptability for diverse digital platforms

  • Proven work experience as a web and graphic designer.
