Position overview

Briskon is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to accelerate business growth across North America and Europe for our Auction Software solutions and Digital Marketing Services.

We’re seeking an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of selling technology solutions in international markets, building strategic client relationships, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

  1. Experience Required
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience selling software, SaaS solutions, technology services, or digital marketing services in North America and/or Europe
  • Demonstrated achievement of generating at least USD 1 Million in annual revenue in comparable markets
  • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth for Briskon’s Auction Software platform and Digital Marketing Services across the United States, Canada, and Europe
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, business owners, ecommerce leaders, procurement heads, marketing leaders, and technology decision-makers
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records
  • Represent Briskon in virtual meetings, industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows
  1. Work Schedule
  • This is a hybrid role supporting clients and prospects across North America and Europe. The selected candidate must be available during overlapping business hours and should remain available to work until at least 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days.
