Position overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of professional experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio that demonstrates user-centred design principles, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and user-friendly
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
- Ensure consistency in design across all products by maintaining design systems and style guides
- Optimise existing user interfaces for better usability, accessibility, and performance
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, and usability principles
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred Qualification:
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and elegant designs
- BE. In computer science or equivalent qualification
- Design (Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication).
- Candidates with video editing capabilities will be preferred.
