Position overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager who understands that organic search is evolving beyond traditional search engines. The ideal candidate will lead strategies across Google Search, AI-powered search experiences, answer engines, and generative AI platforms while driving measurable business growth through organic acquisition.

This role requires someone who combines strong technical SEO expertise with a deep understanding of AI-driven search ecosystems, user intent, content strategy, analytics, and automation. You will work closely with content, design, development, marketing, and AI teams to build scalable organic growth programs for enterprise clients.

Position overview

  1. Organic growth strategy
  • Develop and execute end-to-end organic growth strategies for B2B, SaaS, and enterprise clients.
  • Build integrated strategies covering traditional SEO, AI search optimization, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Identify new opportunities across emerging AI-powered discovery platforms.
  • Define KPIs, roadmaps, and quarterly growth plans.
  1. Search optimization
  • Perform comprehensive keyword, entity, topic, and user intent research.
  • Build topical authority strategies and content clusters.
  • Optimize websites for semantic search and entity-based indexing.
  • Improve crawlability, indexability, internal linking, structured data, and website architecture.
  • Optimize content for featured snippets, AI Overviews, answer engines, and conversational search experiences.
  • Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies proactively.
  1. AI search optimization
  • Develop optimization strategies for AI assistants and generative search platforms.
  • Create content frameworks that improve visibility within AI-generated responses.
  • Optimize content for retrieval, citations, entity recognition, and contextual relevance.
  • Implement prompt-aware content strategies that align with evolving AI search behaviors.
  • Analyze how AI systems interpret, summarize, and reference client content.
  1. Content strategy
  • Create SEO/GEO-driven content strategies based on customer journeys.
  • Build content briefs using search intent, competitive research, and AI insights.
  • Guide writers to produce EEAT-focused content.
  • Optimize landing pages, blogs, pillar pages, industry pages, and solution pages.
  • Conduct content audits and recommend improvements.
  1. Technical SEO
  • Conduct technical audits for enterprise websites.
  • Resolve crawling, indexing, rendering, Core Web Vitals, and structured data issues.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical recommendations.
  • Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, redirects, and schema markup.
  • Optimize website performance for both users and search engines.
  1. Analytics and reporting
  • Track organic performance across search engines and AI-driven discovery channels.
  • Build dashboards using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.
  • Measure keyword rankings, AI visibility, conversions, engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Generate actionable insights and executive reports.
  1. Conversion optimization
  • Work with UX and design teams to improve organic conversion rates.
  • Analyze user behavior and recommend landing page improvements.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives.
  • Improve engagement metrics through content and UX enhancements.
  1. Competitive intelligence
  • Monitor competitor strategies across traditional and AI search.
  • Conduct gap analysis and opportunity research.
  • Identify emerging trends before competitors.
  1. Process and automation
  • Build scalable SEO workflows.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve research, content optimization, reporting, and productivity.
  • Develop SOPs, templates, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive SEO activities.
  1. Team collaboration
  • Mentor SEO executives and specialists.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, content writers, AI engineers, and digital marketers.
  • Present recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
  1. Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise or B2B SEO projects.
  • Strong understanding of modern search ecosystems.
